1. Prayer
meeting and
Bible study

held on Wednesdays

2. The
Pastor is available to meet with members or visitors
after each
worship service. Anyone who would like to meet with
him
should
contact
him.

3. There
will be no Sunday School nor bus service for the Sunday
School during July and August. Parents should bring or send their
children and young people to the worship service. We wish the youths
going to camp or to visit their families as well as those staying
at home a very happy and enjoyable summer holiday. The bus will resume
picking up students on Sunday, September 5, 2010.

4. The
Pastor is on vacation in August. The Wednesday evening Prayer
Meeting and Bible Study at the church are suspended during the Pastor's
vacation and
will resume on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.

6. Homecoming
and Revival Service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2010
at 11:00 a.m. The Preacher will be the Rev. Dwayne Meadows. All
worshipers are invited to a Fellowship Meal
after the Service.

7. The
Annual Meeting of the Sunday School teachers will be held on
Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. All teachers should give a
verbal report of the past year activities and suggestions for the new
year.

8. The
Sunday School students will go apple picking on Saturday,
September 25, 2010. The Sunday School will pay the cost of the bus and
the apples, but the students should bring their lunch. The bus will
leave the Church at 9:00 a.m. and return to the Church at 3:30 p.m.
Parents should bring their children to the Church and pick them up from
the Church . Parents should sign the Consent Forms and return them to
the Sunday School teachers no later than Sunday, September 19, 2010.

9. Come
with us on a Luncheon Cruise, All-You-Can-Eat Buffet and Live
Gospel Performance, sailing from Chelsea Piers, Manhattan on Saturday,
October 2, 2010 @11:30 a.m. Cost is $75,00 per person. First come first
serve. Contact Norma Jarrett or Erin Hylton for further details.

10. The
Combined Auxiliary Anniversary Service and Presentation of Gifts
will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. The Preacher
will be the Rev. Dr. Paul de Vries. The Youth Fellowship will sell
Fund-Raising Lunch after the 11:00 a.m. worship service.
